Every tier is built on the same two role team and the same weekly rhythm. What changes is how much of that team belongs only to your family, and how far our coverage extends.
Foundation
For one principal, or a couple
- Coach and Concierge team, shared across a small number of families
- Training three times a week, in residence
- Nutrition and recovery protocols executed daily
- Daily Concierge contact
- Labs and appointments coordinated with your physicians
- Monthly report, quarterly outcome review
Dedicated
For a family
- A Concierge assigned exclusively to your family
- Training up to five times a week, in residence
- Family members onboarded under one plan
- Chef, travel, and home environment fully managed
- Recovery providers scheduled to your home
- Monthly report, quarterly outcome review
Private
For a family across residences
- A fully dedicated team, yours alone
- Coverage across homes and travel
- Priority coordination with partner physicians
- Household staff briefed and integrated
- Founder attends quarterly reviews
- First access to new markets as we open them
Terms
What membership includes, and what it does not.
Membership covers your team, your plan, your reporting, and all coordination. It does not include the cost of physicians, labs, treatments, chefs, or recovery providers, which you pay directly or fund through a lifestyle account we manage on your behalf.
Fees are billed annually or quarterly in advance. Founding families in Miami are limited in number during 2026 and 2027, and are the first to be offered continuity as we open additional markets.
Membership is by introduction. Fees are discussed privately after a strategy session.
