LUXE / HEALTH loves…

thursday-loves-2

We pick up the keys to our new home in exactly three weeks, so needless to say I’m starting to get super excited about setting up our new abode.  While styling our home will no doubt be a long, slow process – it can’t hurt to find a little inspiration in the meantime…

LUXE / HEALTH loves…

Bedroom 1

Sparked by our recent house-hunting expeditions, it’s fair to say I’m ready to nest.  We’ve been living in a one bedroom apartment for the last couple of years and although it’s served its purpose, I cannot wait to move into our own place where we can spread out and make the space our own!  Here are a few bedrooms I’ve been lusting after lately…

Grey dreams…

Grey marle 1

Sweet dreams…

Bedroom 1

We spend more time in the bedroom than any other room in the house, so it makes sense that it should be a haven and a place we long to retreat too.  For me, the perfect bedroom should have a good balance of style and function, with crisp clean bed linen, lots of natural light and styling elements that reflect your personality.

As you can see by these images, my ideal colour palette is dominated by grey marle, black and white – and it’s fair to say that if any of these rooms belonged to me, you’d find me snuggled up with a good book more often than not…
