If the sun is shining, it’s safe to say you’ll find me taking my workout outdoors, so here are three quick moves which will tone your arms in no time…and all you need is a park bench!

Tricep Dips – aim for 3 sets of 15 reps

Push Ups – aim for 3 sets of 15 reps

Side Plank – aim for 15 reps each side, then repeat
